Since inception in 2005, Marc, James and Associates have provided outstanding certified public accounting and financial service to our clients because of our dedication to three underlying principles: professionalism, responsiveness and quality. This is evidenced as we receive the majority of new business from the people who know us best, referrals from our existing clients.

A Certified Public Accounting firm is judged by the quality of its service. Accordingly, our philosophy is that service to our clients is our number one priority. Clients expect and should receive service at the highest level. Our high standards for service and performance are what distinguish us from other firms.

Our Approach
 
We firmly believe that communication is key and not everything should generate a bill!  When specific accounting, tax, or business issues or questions surface during the year, we want to be made aware of it and to assist our clients in its resolution. There may be instances where questions arise that can be answered quickly, while other questions may take some research on our part. In either case, we recognize these as opportunities for us to continue to learn about our clients. Again, we want to work with our clients to identify and resolve those issues of importance.
 
As such, our goal is to identify clients that perceive the value of our services and establish long-term relationships with those clients. Accordingly, we select our clients very carefully. We have not, nor will we, adopt the "we will provide services to anyone" approach to doing business. The business world is constantly changing, and as such, we believe that our experience in the both the private and governmental sectors are invaluable.  In addition, we will continue to make every effort to remain current on issues that will have a direct impact on our clients.  With our broad-based business experience, we can assist our clients in evaluating operations and procedures, bringing you the knowledge gained in the private sector along with our expertise in governmental issues.
